I am a repeat customer. I had a scheduled service and I ended up needed a tire change. They were able to adjust my appointment time and got my car serviced as soon as they could. I love the whole staff there as they treat me like family and always look out for my safety on the road keeping my car in excellent driving condition. Front desk ladies are very kind and Helpful including Casey who took care of my paperwork. Tim was also informative. My mechanic was extremely kind and took care of all of my concerns. Awesome customer service, and fair pricing. You cannot ask for more. Thank you always and may your business continue to flourish and retain the stellar staff you have.

I’ve been taking my cars to Mavis for a long time, and they have always provided excellent service. The team is professional, honest, and always gets me in promptly, even when I don’t have an appointment, they do their best to fit me into the schedule. What I appreciate most is that I never feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. They explain what my car actually needs, make thoughtful recommendations, and let me decide without any sales pressure. It’s refreshing to find a shop you can truly trust. I highly recommend Mavis to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and friendly automotive service!

I was on my way back home from picking up my bike from getting its rebuild when my car started shaking really badly. It was causing my check engine light to illuminate & even made my car drive funny compared to how it normally works, and so i pulled over into mavis to get a second opinion and was greated by clint who is a store manager here at this location. He was very helpful & very welcoming. He scanned my car for me & was very informative on everything that was going on. He explained to me all the codes that was still on inside the memory of the computer & he even informed me about making sure i drove home safely with the way the car was acting. This shop is a beautiful looking, very professional & affordable repair shop that i would highly recommend bringing your cars to for service. 10/10 experience (for my quick stop in visit lol).

I wish to express my thanks for the excellent service that I received on July 17, 2026 from the front desk and mechanics in the shop. Clint, Bethanie, and Kacey engaged and ensured the required worked was performed within my time window. Clint also identified critical needs that needed attention, as a state inspection and front end alignment to help improve the four new tires. Yes, the old tries were wearing funny, The mechanic noted the issue. thank you for the whole team effort.

A whole piece of my car broke off while I was driving and I brought my car to this location today expecting to pay hundreds of dollars to get it fixed but ended up getting it done for free. The management, the people at the front desk, and others who work there are extremely kind and helpful and wouldn't accept any payment. I tried multiple times to pay with cash or card but was denied each time. Their kindness and generosity has left a lasting impression on me. Will be coming back next time my car has issues. Please feel free to charge me extra then! Also, as a side note, there is a person below me with the initials K.B. who gave this location a 1 star review - I would like to note that their review is extremely flawed and one sided. I was standing behind this person in line in the morning when I drove my car in to get fixed. They were pretty rude and to be dead honest I was impressed that the front desk and workers managed to talk to him, he was getting on my nerves and wasn't even talking to me. The team was really kind to him the whole time as well. He was borderline screaming the whole time and stormed out the door when a technician brought jumper cables out to help. The jump
